  10.   This is an early version of a highly optimized MPEG audio encoder,
  11.   based upon the Fraunhofer Institute CODEC.

  13.   Features :
  14.   - Layer 1/Layer 2 encoding (no layer 3 yet, sorry).
  15.   - Accept AIFF, MAUD, WAV, CDDA and RAW files (16 bits samples).
  16.   - Really Faaaaast (3:1 ratio using a 68060/50, 6:1 for 68040/40).
  17.   - High quality encoding, which make layer 2 nearly as good as
  18.     layer 3 (unless you have a sound card and good ears to hear the
  19.     difference, at least...).
  20.   - Rewritten with Amiga spirit in mind (4 Kb stack usage, ReadArgs 
  21.     style command line parameters, file requester).
  22.   - Batch mode (can encode multiple files in one go).
